Debbie and Maria helped my wife and I find and purchase a house in NY after we sold our previous house in CT with a different realtor. The experience of working with Debbie and Maria was premier. They had a great understanding of our needs and were always available. Each time we looked at a house of interest, the true professionalism shined. As conversations took place with some of the seller realtors, it was immediately apparent that Debbie and Maria are on an entirely different level. They were so much more knowledgeable than every other realtor we talked with and held a level of professionalism that was excellent to work with. They were kind, but yet really went out of way to get us what we want. They took matters into their own hands with pushing the other side of the deal just the right amount to make the deal happen, and happen fast. They have excellent resources / connections to help every step of the way. Debbie and Maria also helped my sister with her house purchase and her experience was equally incredible. Five stars simply is not enough to give Debbie and Maria. If it was a 100 star system, it still wouldn’t be enough. I can’t imagine a scenario of someone ever being displeased with their service. What can I say about Debbie Carpluk and her team? Well first of all if you are anything like myself and have anxiety about the process of selling your home then Debbie and her team will put all your worry to rest! I highly recommend Maria Aaraas to be your real estate agent! She is highly knowledgable and available to you. She made every step of the process go seamlessly. When we saw houses with her, she would point out the features of the house that we needed to be aware of in the long run (electrical, gas/oil, etc). It was just the fluff of the house which we greatly appreciated. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and were unaware of some of the processes. Maria was always available to answer questions, no question was off the table! Even if she didn’t know the answer, she would seek out the answer for us! We felt secure in Maria being our realtor. Even up to closing and beyond, she has been an incredible resource! She is also very thoughtful, going above and beyond gifting us new home decor and including our dog. That is never expected, but truly appreciated when the home buying process can be so taxing on you. It’s nice to know our realtor has our back and best interests at heart!
