I was nervous about putting my house of 28 years on the market but I knew it was time to downsize. A co-worker referred me to Debra Carpluk of Keller Williams Realty Elite. Debra and Lara Barra teamed up and put my mind at ease, saying they would be with me every step of the way. My house sold in one weekend – above asking price. I was happy but knew it would be hard for me to find a ranch with a finished basement within walking distance to my job. Debra and Lara combed all the areas that would fit that criteria but to no avail. Then they went above and beyond with a mailing to homeowners with my specific needs. Lucky for me, one family contacted Lara and I was able to proceed with the purchase of my one-of-a-kind house. We are looking forward to many wonderful years there.
