What can I say about Debbie Carpluk and her team? Well first of all if you are anything like myself and have anxiety about the process of selling your home then Debbie and her team will put all your worry to rest! I had the pleasure to meet Joan Brandmeier for my very 1st meeting with the team. Right from day 1, I knew I was in good hands. I was in my home in Bayshore for 33 years. Putting my house up for sale with the idea of moving to Florida was a bit overwhelming but something I had been contemplating for awhile. With the news of my Floridian daughter expecting a baby I knew it was time to make the move and these ladies were there for me EVERY step of the way! The professionalism and knowledge together as a team was outstanding but the compassion and patience that was provided to me during my anxious moments well that made a world of difference in keeping my sanity through a difficult time. ABOVE and BEYOND service doesn’t even begin to describe these incredible women. Of course there were many others on the team that were right up there with these ladies. Above all if I had to
sum it up in a few words the entire team including of course Debbie and Joan I would have to say the communication received was excellent! I highly recommend Debbie Carpluk & Joan Brandmeier and the entire team to anyone thinking about selling or buying property.
